Itinerary
Day 1: Fes → Ifrane → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga (≈ 7 hrs drive)
  • Pick-up from your accommodation in Fes at ~ 7:00 AM.
  • Drive through Ifrane, known as “The Switzerland of Morocco,” and the cedar forests of Azrou.
  • Stop in Midelt for lunch, then continue through the scenic Ziz Valley.
  • Arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon.
  • Camel trek into the dunes for sunset, then continue to the luxury desert camp.
  • Dinner and Berber music under the stars.

    Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

Day 2: Merzouga → Rissani → Erfoud → Ziz Valley → Ifrane → Marrakech (≈ 9 hrs drive)
  • Early morning camel ride to watch the sunrise over the dunes.
  • Return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4.
  • Depart for Marrakech via Rissani, Erfoud, and the Ziz Valley.
  • Arrive in Marrakech by evening.
  • Drop-off at your accommodation in Marrakech.
