Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Fes
  • Pick-up from Fes airport or your Riad.
  • Rest and free time to explore Fes’s old medina at leisure.

    Overnight in Fes.

Day 2: Full Day in Fes
  • Guided walking tour: Royal Palace gate, Jewish Quarter (Mellah), Borj Sud for panoramic views. Explore the old medina: Bab Boujloud, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, tanneries, and Al-Quaraouiyine University.

    Overnight in Fes.

Day 3: Fes → Ifrane → Cedar Forests → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga (≈ 7 hrs drive with stops)
  • Depart after breakfast through Ifrane, visit cedar forests in Azrou.
  • Lunch in Midelt. Travel onward via the scenic Ziz Valley.
  • Arrive in Merzouga, enjoy sunset camel trek into the dunes, dinner & campfire in luxury desert camp.

    Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

Day 4: Merzouga → Rissani → Erfoud → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley (≈ 5 hrs drive)
  • Sunrise over dunes then depart desert: Rissani market, Erfoud’s fossil workshops.
  • Continue through Touroug & Tinjdad palm groves.
  • Visit Todra Gorge, walk through canyon.
  • Head to Dades Valley for sunset views and dinner.

    Overnight in Dades Valley.

Day 5: Dades Valley → Rose Valley → Skoura → Ouarzazate → Aït Ben Haddou → High Atlas → Marrakech (≈ 5.5 hrs drive)
  • Morning departure across Rose Valley, through palm groves of Skoura.
  • Visit Kasbah Amridil. Arrive in Ouarzazate; optional film studio visit or Taourirt Kasbah.
  • Continue to Aït Ben Haddou. Then over High Atlas via Tizi-n’Tichka Pass to Marrakech.

    Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 6: Full Day in Marrakech
  • Guided tour: Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Medina & souks, Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fna Square. Afternoon visit to Majorelle Garden & modern quarters.

    Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 7: Marrakech → Essaouira
  • Morning pick-up; drive to Essaouira via argan groves (stop at cooperative).
  • Explore Essaouira: port, medina, ramparts, seafood by the sea.

Day 8: Essaouira → Casablanca
  • Depart Essaouira after breakfast, head to Casablanca.
  • Visit Hassan II Mosque, Corniche, Mohammed V Square, perhaps Rick’s Café.

    Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 9: Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen
  • After breakfast, explore Rabat: Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah of the Oudaya.
  • Continue to Chefchaouen, enjoy the blue-washed streets and relaxed mountain atmosphere.

    Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 10: Chefchaouen → Tangier (or Fes depending on your plan)
  • Morning to explore Chefchaouen further (shopping, photography) if time permits.
  • Drive to Tangier (or return to Fes if that’s your preference).
  • Drop-off at airport or hotel.
    End of tour.
